MY POLICIES Cancellation policy: Clients who fail to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment will be charged the full amount of their scheduled service. We require a deposit from new clients to secure their appointment. Cash or card accepted ONLY. No-Show Policy: If you no-show your appointment your deposit will not be refunded and you will be banned for future bookings. Late Policy: If you are running late, notify me as soon as possible. Communication is key. If you are over 20+ late you will be charged a late fee of $15 OR we have to reschedule. No pets or children in the studio. Lash aftercare is provided for full set clients. I do not perform fills on other studios' lash extensions, requiring removal and a full set.Business Hours
